Why is the delivery free?
Because we want as many people as possible to benefit from our smart articles.
What are the shipping times for your items?
Once the order is confirmed, it is shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.
Obviously, we do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Do you ship all over the world?
Currently, we do ship worldwide. But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order. To know more about our destination listings, contact us by email.
Where do we ship your items from?
Our offices are located near to Paris, in France. To avoid high storage costs, our products are shipped directly from producers (several countries around the world, depending on stocks). This allows us to offer you items at very competitive prices while offering you quality customer support.
Do you provide tracking / tracking information?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at www.17track.net.
How to take advantage of a "Buy 2 = Get 1" offer?
To benefit from the third free product, slip your 3 favorite products concerned by the offer into your basket.
Have you placed an order and forgot the third one? Contact us as soon as possible by email to let us know the desired color. If your order has already been processed, don't worry, we have added a product to your package, the color of which depends on our current stocks.
Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our items are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry for this situation. Simply send us an image of the damaged product in question to our email address and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. Also in the event of a problem with the delivery address provided or any other reason beyond our control, the deadlines may be extended or the order canceled.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order and return the item in question to us, we can of course complete the refund, if the appeal is made within 14 days of receipt of your products. .
